Vestas to trial hydrogen service vessel at Belgian offshore wind farm
Jul 04, 2022 17:22 CESTApril 23 (Renewables Now) - French testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services provider Bureau Veritas SA (EPA:BVI) has acquired Bradley Construction Management, a US firm that delivers project and construction management services for the renewable energy industry.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Bradley Construction Management offers owner's representation and construction services for wind, solar and energy storage projects. The firm was set up in 2013 and currently employs 50 full-time individuals. To date, it has backed the development of over 10 GW of renewables throughout the US.
According to the company’s president, Mark Bradley, the new owner will help it broaden its services and diversify into new offerings and segments, including the offshore wind market.
Meanwhile, the acquisition complements Bureau Veritas’ BV Green Line range of sustainability services and solutions, it noted.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
