(SeeNews) - Aug 23, 2013 - Brazilian renewable energy company CPFL Renovaveis (SAO:CPRE3) yesterday said that final data shows it has raised BRL 914.7 million (USD 375.6m/EUR 281.6m) from its initial public offering (IPO) on the Sao Paulo BM&FBovespa stock exchange.<br /> The primary offering included 29,151,663 ordinary shares with no nominal value, while the secondary included 43,964,828 shares. CPFL Renovavies was expected to raise over BRL 1 billion from the IPO. No additional shares were issued.
