Brazil's power sector watchdog Aneel approved on Tuesday 9 green projects, with a combined capacity of 169.42 MW, winners of the A-5 energy auction held on April 29.
Under the auction rules, power supply is scheduled to being on January 1, 2021. More details on the projects are available in the table below.
The tender secured 528.9 MW of power capacity at a average price of BRL 198.59 per MWh (USD 60.96/EUR 55.42). As of now, Aneel has given the green light to 27 of the 29 winning projects.
