Dec 17, 2012 - German wholesale lenders BayernLB and HSH Nordbank have arranged financing of EUR 113 million (USD 148.7m) for a 40 MW solar plant in the Aquitaine region of southwestern France.
The plant, which consists of four solar parks, is expected to reach annual production of around 50 million kWh.
The solar plant was developed and built by German renewable energy projects developer GP Joule GmbH and was then sold to Hamburg-based investment company Aquila Capital.
