Australian Frontier Solar to list on Asian cleantech bourse
Nov 17, 2011 - Australian solar mounting tech firm Frontier Solar yesterday said it would launch a AUD 6 million (USD 6m/EUR 4.5m) initial public offering (IPO) on SIM VSE, a newly set-up Australia-based Asian cleantech stock exchange.
The company expects to start trading on the SIM VSE towards the end of December.
It will offer 24 million common shares at a price of AUD 0.25 apiece with a minimum subscription of AUD 4 million.
AFS Capital Securities Ltd is acting as lead manager of the offering.
The SIM VSE is a global exchange focused on the Asian region, particularly on China.
Frontier Solar has a technology producing unit in China.
