Athena Investments to delist shares from Nasdaq Copenhagen

Athena Investments A/S, a Danish company that operates wind and solar farms in Italy, has obtained an approval to delist its shares from the Nasdaq Copenhagen securities exchange.

The company said that the last day of trading and official listing of its shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen will be February 16, 2021.

The delisting is happening parallel to the acquisition of Athena's total share capital on the part of Italian financial services company Fidim Srl.

Fidim first acquired a 90.55% stake in Athena late last year, and it is now entitled to launch a compulsory acquisition of the shares held by the remaining shareholders, the Danish company said.
