Chinese solar tracker manufacturer Arctech Solar Holding Co Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ukraine-based solar company Rodina for the supply of 1 GW of trackers.
The trackers will be delivered to Rodina projects globally, especially in the North America, Central Asia and Eastern Europe markets, over the next two years, according to Arctech’s announcement on Tuesday.
The companies will also cooperate on solar project management and operations and maintenance (O&M).
The MoU was signed at the SNEC 2021 solar exhibition held in Shanghai from June 3 to June 5. It comes after last week Rodina entered into a module supply agreement with Chinese manufacturer Jiangsu Seraphim Solar System Co Ltd. Seraphim said it will deliver 1 GW of modules to the Ukraine-based company.
