French private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners SAS (<a href="https://live.euronext.com/en/product/equities/FR0014005AL0-XPAR" target="_blank">EPA:ANTIN</a>) has acquired nearly all of the shares of Spanish renewables company Opdenergy Holding SA (<a href="https://www.bolsasymercados.es/bme-exchange/es/Mercados-y-Cotizaciones/Acciones/Mercado-Continuo/Ficha/Opdenergy-ES0105544003" target="_blank">BME:OPDE</a>) in its EUR-866-million (USD 936.7m) <a href="https://renewablesnow.com/news/pe-firm-antin-offers-to-take-opdenergy-private-for-eur-866m-825619/" target="_blank">voluntary takeover</a>, exceeding the minimum threshold required to execute a sell-out and squeeze-out.
