Eni moves Dogger Bank stake to offshore wind JV with HitecVision
Jun 30, 2022 16:51 CEST(SeeNews) - Jan 23, 2013 - Brazil's energy sector watchdog Aneel yesterday authorised local sugar and ethanol mill Usina Alto Alegre to operate the 42-MW biomass UFL thermoelectric power plant (TPP) as a power self-producer.
The mill, which is located in the Florestopolis municipality of southern Parana state, will use sugar cane bagasse to fire the TPP.
In case of surplus power output, Usina Alto Alegre will be able to sell the excess benefiting from a 50% discount in the tariffs for use of the distribution/transmission systems (Tusd/Tust) when the electricity supplied to the system is less or equal to 30 MW, Aneel decided.
