More precisely, Acciona has placed the 20-year bonds with a 7.25% coupon in two tranches. Under the first tranche, the company raised EUR 118 million, while with the second one it sold debt instruments for EUR 120 million. The bonds were issued among private investors from North America and Europe, the report said.
Acciona will invest the money in its Oaxaca II and Oaxaca IV wind farms, in Mexico's state of Oaxaca. The facilities were put into operation in the beginning of 2012
