Clean energy solutions provider Asia Clean Capital Investment Holdings Ltd (ACC) has put into operation a 3.2-MW rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system in China for local beverage firm Eastroc Beverage Group Co Ltd (SHA:605499).
The distributed generation (DG) solar array was installed on the idle rooftop of Eastroc Beverage’s plant in Nanning city, southern China, Asia Clean Capital said on Thursday.
According to the press release, ACC not only covered the investment costs of the system but will also take care of its operation. The generated electricity will be supplied to Eastroc Beverage at a competitive price.
ACC, owned by Danish state-backed sovereign wealth fund IFU, focuses on the development of distributed solar projects and serves large multinational and domestic firms throughout China with electrical demands ranging from 1 MW to 20 MW, it noted.
