-- Engie agrees financing, PPA for 208-MW Norwegian wind project
French electric utility Engie SA (EPA:ENGI) announced financing agreements and a 25-year offtake deal for a 208-MW wind project in Norway. It said Hydro Energi, a unit of Norwegian aluminium producer Norsk Hydro ASA, will be buying the output between 2020 and 2045.

EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) said it has been awarded a 20-year Contract-for-Difference (CfD) for a 45-MW wind project, while Spain’s Iberdrola SA (BME:IBE) secured a 16-MW wind farm.
-- EDPR strikes US PPAs for 405 MW of wind power
EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) has signed four 15-year PPAs tied to 405 MW of wind energy generating capacity in the US. It will supply power to unnamed companies of the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector from parks located in Illinois and Indiana.
-- Azure Power confirms 600 MW win in Indian solar auction
Indian solar developer Azure Power (NYSE:AZRE) confirmed it has secured 600 MW in a 2-GW solar auction by Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). The company expects to sign a 25-year PPA to sell power at INR 2.53 per kWh.
-- Fortum, Tata win 250 MW each in Karnataka solar tender
Finnish utility Fortum Oyj (HEL:FORTUM) and India’s Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd have won 250 MW each in a solar tender held by the Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Ltd (KREDL). The PPAs are expected to be signed within a month.

Australia's Monash University has signed a long-term PPA for part of the 226-MW first stage of the Murra Warra wind farm in Victoria.
-- Odisha’s solar tender over 4 times oversubscribed - report
The 200-MW solar tender of The Grid Corporation of Odisha (GRIDCO) was heavily oversubscribed, attracting 845 МW of proposals, the Business Standard reports. It will award 25-year PPAs.
