Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LON:GRID), launched recently by UK asset management firm Gresham House Plc (LON:GHE), announced that it has wrapped up the acquisition of its 70-MW seed portfolio.
-- Goldman Sachs invests in 75 MW of solar, storage by Engie N America
Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) has made an investment of an undisclosed amount into a 75-MW solar and energy storage portfolio in the US of Engie North America, the latter said.
-- Equitix to buy 25% in SIMEC Atlantis' 220-MW coal conversion project
UK infrastructure fund manager Equitix is to acquire a 25% stake in the 220-MW Uskmouth coal-to-waste-pellets conversion project in Wales of SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd (LON:SAE), the latter said.

A subsidiary of wind turbine maker Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA (BME:SGRE) has sold three solar power plants in Spain to investment manager Aurea Capital Partners.

The renewables unit of German diversified group BayWa AG (ETR:BYW6) has acquired a 18.8-MW wind project in Scotland from Brookfield Renewable Partners LP (TSE:BEP.UN) for an undisclosed sum.

The clean energy arm of New Jersey Resources (NYSE:NJR) said it is to sell its remaining 117-MW wind portfolio for a total of USD 208.5 million.

Copenhagen-based wind and solar developer European Energy A/S said it has agreed to sell a 25.2-MW wind farm in Denmark to an unnamed Swiss investment management firm.

Spanish engineering and renewables company Abengoa SA (BME:ABG) announced it has satisfied the conditions required to close the sale of its 16.47% stake in Atlantica Yield Plc (NASDAQ:AY).

Greek utility PPC SA (ATH:PPC) announced that it has started the process to merge its fully-owned renewable energy arm into the company.

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd (LON:SAE) has agreed to buy UK mini-hydro developer and operator SIMEC Green Highland Renewables (SIMEC GHR) for an enterprise value of GBP 124.7 million.
