-- Cloudberry, Hafslund to set up JV for 100-MW Swedish lake wind project
Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (OSE:CLOUD) will be partnering with Norwegian power group Hafslund AS in the 100-MW Stenkalles Grund shallow-water wind project, which is under development in lake Vanern in Sweden.
-- Pacifico Renewables sells 7.5-MW Czech solar portfolio to enter UK
German renewable energy producer Pacifico Renewables Yield AG (ETR:PRY) said it has agreed to sell its Czech portfolio of four solar systems with a combined capacity of 7.5 MW to be able to enter the UK solar and battery storage market.

Indian state-run energy company NTPC Ltd (BOM:532555) has approved the transfer of NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd (NREL) along with 15 renewable energy assets to a new wholly-owned subsidiary, amid market rumours about a possible stake sale in the green power business.

Britain's SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust Plc (LON:SEIT), or SEEIT, said it has agreed to buy a 69-MW portfolio of on-site renewable power plants in England, the bulk of which are solar photovoltaic (PV) parks.

Aker Horizons ASA (OSE:AKH), controlled by Norway’s Aker ASA (OSE:AKER), has agreed to merge its separate offshore wind-dedicated company with pure-play renewables developer Mainstream Renewable Power to form a larger company with a 27-GW portfolio.

Norwegian energy group Equinor ASA (NYSE:EQNR) has agreed to acquire East Point Energy LLC, a US battery storage developer with a 4.1-GW pipeline of early to mid-stage battery projects mainly on the East Coast.
-- B Capital Partners buys stake in 87-MW Finnish onshore wind duo
A fund advised by Swiss sustainable infrastructure investment company B Capital Partners AG has agreed to acquire a 34.1% equity stake in two onshore wind projects in Finland with a combined capacity of 87 MW that are being implemented by Finnish developer Puhuri Oy.

Canadian investment group Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec (CDPQ) has raised its stake in India’s Apraava Energy to 50% following an agreement that will make the Mumbai-based renewables and power transmission business a 50/50 joint venture (JV).
-- CES to buy idled biomass plant in California under carbon removal project
California-based technology company Clean Energy Systems Inc (CES) has agreed to acquire an idled biomass power plant with the idea of converting the site into a Biomass Carbon Removal and Storage (BiCRS) facility.
-- Hydrogen Utopia, Powerhouse to form waste plastic-to-hydrogen JV in Ireland
Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (AQSE:HUI), a London-based company focused on non-recyclable waste plastics to hydrogen technology, has agreed with Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (LON:PHE) to jointly develop a site in Ireland which could become its first full-scale waste plastic-to-hydrogen facility in Europe.
-- DIF Capital Partners invests in Dutch mobile batteries provider Greener
Dutch investment company DIF Capital Partners said that, through its DIF CIF III fund, it will acquire a majority stake and provide capital to Amsterdam-based mobile batteries provider Greener Power Solutions BV.
An investment fund backed by a trio from Norway, Germany and Singapore has agreed to provide EUR 480 million in equity financing to Fred. Olsen Renewables AS (FORAS) for the development of existing and future wind projects in the Nordics and the UK.

US consulting, engineering and construction management firm TRC Companies has taken over Blue Oak Energy, which provides engineering services for commercial and utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.

Norfund, the Norwegian government’s investment fund for developing countries, and pension fund KLP have made a USD-40-million equity investment in CrossBoundary Energy which owns and operates renewable power plants in Africa.

Danish investment firm Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S (CIP) said it has formed a joint venture (JV) with Japan’s Tokyu Land Corporation (TYO: 3289) to develop an offshore wind project in Japanese waters.
-- Infrastructure India gets waiver to long-stop date for 41-MW wind bundle sale
Infrastructure India Plc (LON:IIP) announced it has been granted a waiver of the long-stop date in relation to the conditional sale of a couple of wind parks totalling 41.3 MW and that it expects to close the transaction in the coming weeks.
-- Innovo, Solarfields form JV to develop solar, storage in Italy
SF Grid Parity Srl, a unit of Italian engineering company Solarfields Group, has formed a joint venture (JV) with Innovo Group Srl to develop a pipeline of more than 300 solar PV schemes and at least two energy storage projects in Italy.

German independent power producer clearvise AG (ETR:ABO) will acquire a 166-MW portfolio of wind and solar plants from Pacifico Renewables Yield AG (ETR:PRY) as part of a broader deal that will make the latter the anchor shareholder in clearvise.
