-- Northland Power buying S Korean offshore wind developer Dado Ocean
Canadian power producer Northland Power Inc (TSE:NPI) has agreed to acquire wind developer Dado Ocean Wind Farm Co Ltd, which owns a portfolio of early-stage offshore wind projects in South Korea.
-- ERG expands in France with 38-MW wind buy
Italian energy company ERG SpA (BIT:ERG) said it has acquired the owners of 38 MW of wind parks in France for an enterprise value of EUR 39.6 million.
-- Solytic raises funds from Vattenfall, EWE
Swedish utility Vattenfall and energy and telecommunications group EWE AG led the latest financing round for Solytic, the solar monitoring software developer said.
-- Georgia Capital buys rest of renewables subsidiary GRPC
UK-based holding company Georgia Capital Plc (LON:CGEO) said it has agreed to purchase the 34.4% stake it does not already own in its subsidiary Georgian Renewable Power Company (GRPC).
-- Voltalia buys services firm Greensolver
French renewables company Voltalia SA (EPA:VLTSA) announced the purchase of local company Greensolver, which provides renewable power plant management services.
-- Diamond Transmission buys link to 353-MW Galloper wind farm
A consortium of Mitsubishi Corp (TYO:8058) and HICL Infrastructure Co Ltd (LON:HICL) has struck a deal to buy the transmission assets for the 353-MW Galloper offshore wind farm off the Suffolk coast.
-- 7C Solarparken's solar portfolio reaches 200 MWp
German photovoltaic (PV) plants owner 7C Solarparken AG (ETR:HRPK) announced that its total portfolio has reached 200 MWp after the most recent additions of solar systems located in Germany.
-- Greenbacker buys 5-MW wind farm in Massachusetts
New York-based Greenbacker Renewable Energy Co LLC said it has acquired the rights to a 5-MW wind farm in Massachusetts from developer Cornerstone Renewables LLC.

The European Commission (EC) has given the thumbs-up to a plan by France's Engie SA (EPA:ENGI) and EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) to own together EDPR Offshore Espana.
-- US Solar Fund inks exclusivity deal to buy 61-MW solar bundle
US Solar Fund Plc (LON:USF) has signed an exclusivity agreement to acquire a 61-MW utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio in Oregon, the infrastructure investment fund said.
-- I Squared Capital selling to Marubeni 344 MW of solar in Taiwan
Global infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital said it has agreed to sell a Taiwanese solar platform with over 340 MW of assets to Japan’s Marubeni Corp (TYO:8002).
-- Longi Solar to buy PV product maker Jiangbei Yize New Technology
Longi Solar, part of China’s Longi Green Energy Technology Co Ltd (SHA:601012), is on track to buy sector player compatriot Ningbo Jiangbei Yize New Technology Co Ltd, which owns 10 GW of solar product manufacturing capacity.
