Skyline Renewables has finalised the acquisition of a 117-MW portfolio of wind farms from the clean energy arm of New Jersey Resources (NYSE:NJR).
-- Ireland's ESB, Coillte mull 1-GW renewables development JV
Irish energy producer and distributor ESB said it is holding bilateral discussions with local forestry company Coillte to create a renewables development joint venture targeting 1 GW of capacity by 2030.
-- Cobra takes full control of Spain’s Bow Power for USD 96.8m
Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios SA has acquired the 49% stake it did not own in Spanish renewables energy assets developer Bow Power from New York-based investment fund Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) for USD 96.8 million.
-- ERG takes majority stake in 51.4-MW Italian solar portfolio
Italian energy company ERG SpA (BIT:ERG) has finalised the acquisition of a 78.5% stake in the owner of two solar parks at home with a combined capacity of 51.4 MW.

US utility American Electric Power Company Inc (NYSE:AEP) has agreed to acquire Sempra Energy’s (NYSE:SRE) renewables business and its 724-MW portfolio of wind and battery storage capacity in a deal worth USD 1.06 billion.

Infrastructure investor Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (MIP) has acquired US waste-to-energy plants operator Wheelabrator Technologies Inc and its fleet of 19 operational and under-construction assets.
