Solar energy company Clenergy (Xiamen) Technology Co (SHA:603628) has finalised the sale of a 65-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) project that is being built in northern Germany.

New Zealand-based consultancy firm PSC has continued its European expansion with the acquisition of the UK-based power system business of Danish engineering and design consulting services firm Ramboll Group A/S.
-- Gunkul Engineering acquires 60 MW of solar in Vietnam
Thailand-based Gunkul Engineering Pcl (BKK:GUNKUL) announced the purchase of two solar power farms in Vietnam with a combined capacity of 60 MWp.

Internet giant Google has dropped plans to buy Vestas Wind Systems A/S’ (CPH:VWS) 12.5% stake in the 310-MW Lake Turkana Wind Power plant in Kenya, Reuters reports.

French energy group Total SA (EPA:FP) said it has entered the Spanish solar market with two deals for the development of projects with a combined capacity of about 2 GW.
