-- Acciona, AXA buy KKR out of renewables venture for EUR 445m
Acciona SA (BME:ANA) and AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets have signed a EUR-445-million deal to acquire the 33.33% stake in Acciona Energia Internacional SA (AEI) currently held by KKR & Co LP (NYSE:KKR).
-- Gresham House agrees another 50-MW battery purchase
Gresham House Energy Storage Fund Plc (LON:GRID) said it has signed a conditional agreement to buy a 50-MW battery storage project in Suffolk, East Anglia.
-- Canadian Solar gets go-ahead for 100-MW build-transfer deal in Mississippi
The Mississippi Public Service Commission has approved a build-transfer agreement (BTA) for a 100-MW solar project in the state between Canadian Solar Inc (NASDAQ:CSIQ) and the local unit of energy company Entergy Corp (NYSE:ETR).

Irish utility ESB has expanded its solar portfolio by 118 MW through the acquisition of all commercially viable sites within local project developer Terra Solar Ltd.
-- Japanese oil co JXTG invests in EV charging specialist Virta
Japanese petroleum company JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corp has made an investment of an undisclosed amount in Finland-based electric vehicle (EV) charging platform operator Virta Ltd to expand into the e-mobility sector.
-- RES sells 85.8-MW wind project in Sweden to Mirova
Mirova, the sustainable investment unit of France's Natixis Asset Management, has purchased the 85.8-MW Rodene wind project in Sweden from UK green energy firm Renewable Energy Systems Ltd (RES).
-- BayWa sells 80-MWp Dutch solar portfolio to Encavis
BayWa re renewable energy GmbH has sold a portfolio of operating solar plants in the Netherlands exceeding 80 MWp in total capacity to the asset management arm of power producer Encavis AG (ETR:CAP).
-- Enel in search for 50% renewables JV partner in Africa - report
Italian energy major Enel SpA (BIT:ENEL) is in a search for a financial partner willing to take an interest of up to 50% in its renewables business in Africa, Bloomberg reports, citing a company spokesperson.
-- Pacific Ethanol formally exits venture with Aurora Cooperative
US ethanol producer Pacific Ethanol Inc (NASDAQ:PEIX) has finalised the sale of its 74% stake in Pacific Aurora LLC to its partner in the ethanol venture, Aurora Cooperative Elevator Company.
