The government of Wales has published a <a href="https://www.gov.wales/sites/default/files/publications/2025-06/offshore-wind-task-and-finish-group-action-plan-2025-to-2026.pdf" target="_blank">comprehensive plan</a> that lists the actions needed to be taken to maximise the successful deployment of offshore wind farms, whether bottom-fixed or floating, in or near Welsh waters.
