French renewable power plants operator Voltalia SA (EPA:VLTSA) reported a consolidated revenue of EUR 16.4 million (USD 18m) for the third quarter of 2015, up from EUR 4.8 million in the year-ago period.
The strong growth was achieved mainly thanks to the excellent performance of recently commissioned wind power plants in France and Brazil, the company said in a press release on Thursday.
From January to September, Voltalia's sales soared by a factor of 2.8 to EUR 40.2 million. Energy sales contributed the larger part at EUR 39 million and Operation & Maintenance services added EUR 800,000.

"We keep up our strong growth momentum initiated last year with the
commissioning of new plants in Brazil,... The dynamic does not slow down, but should rather even accelerate in the coming months thanks to the expected commissioning of new plants”, Voltalia CEO, Sebastien Cler commented
