Vestas reports new Polish wind turbine order for 53 MW

Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH:VWS) said today it got a 53-MW wind turbine supply order in north-central Poland relating to three projects.
Pacifico Group and Green Bear Cooperation Poland sp.z.o.o., part of Optima Wind sp z. o. o. Group, have contracted the Danish company to supply, install and commission wind turbines of the V110-2.2 MW, V126-3.45 MW and V136-3.45 MW models as part of the Debowa Laka, Swiecie and 12 W projects located in Kujawsko voivodeship.
Vestas said it has tailored solutions for the three schemes, with site-specific rotor sizes, ratings and hub heights. It will also provide a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution and service the wind parks under a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) agreement.
Deliveries are seen to start in the second quarter of 2020 and commissioning is scheduled for the final quarter of the same year.
