May 13 (Renewables Now) - Norwegian real estate developer Entra ASA today said it is assessing the possibility of launching a green bond placement at home.

The Oslo-based company has hired DNB (FRA:NBA), Nordea and SEB (EPA:SK) to assist it in the investigation. Its goal is to issue an offering of senior unsecured green bonds with an expected tenor of six and/or seven years.

The potential transaction will be subject to market conditions and will be conducted in line with Entra’s green bond framework, which was updated last year. The firm issued its first green bond in September 2016, worth NOK 1 billion (USD 114.5m/EUR 101.9m), proceeds from which were earmarked for projects with high environmental standards.
