to-the-point: Nordex to build 12-MW wind park for EWZ in France

March 13 (Renewables Now) - EWZ, the energy utility of the City of Zurich, has hired Nordex (ETR:NDX1) to build a 12-MW wind park in France, the German wind turbine manufacturer announced today.

Nordex said it has received an order from EWZ for the project development, turn-key installation and servicing of the Graincourt wind farm. The company will supply and erect four turbines of the N117/3000 model for this project. Installation work is expected to start in October 2018.

The wind farm’s annual energy yield is estimated at 34 GWh, according to the statement.
