to-the-point: Nordex lands 150 MW deal in the US

January 11 (Renewables Now) - German wind turbine maker Nordex SE (ETR:NDX1) announced today it closed 2018 with an order from a US independent power producer to equip a 150-MW wind farm in Texas.

Nordex will supply 48  turbines, model AW125/3150,  with delivery of the first turbines planned for the third quarter of 2019.

In 2017, Nordex Group held 11% of the United States wind turbines market. The group currently has more than 23 GW of  installed wind power capacity in over 25 markets.
