TenneT welcomes adjustments in Germany's energy law
Nov 30, 2012 - Dutch state-owned power grid operator TenneT welcomes the adjustments in Germany's energy law as they create more certainty for investors in offshore wind energy, the company said on Thursday.
TenneT was satisfied to see that its advice was taken in the adjusted legislation which was approved by the German parliament on Thursday. The expected final adoption of the law by the end of the year will remove all obstacles for further development of Germany's offshore sector, CEO Mel Kroon said.
TenneT operates in both the Dutch and German markets.
