Gasunie to develop Dutch hydrogen transport network
Jun 30, 2022 14:30 CEST(SeeNews) – Jun 4, 2012 – Swiss utility Alpiq (SWF:ALPH) said today it will take over two wind parks from its joint venture with Italian Moncada Energy, called M&A Rinnovabili Srl, and will thus raise its wind power capacity in Italy by 60% to 200 MW.
Alpiq said it is realigning its co-operation with Moncada, as a result of which the Italian partner will take over four biomass power plants from M&A. Meanwhile, Alpiq will reduce its stake in the joint venture firm to 22% from 30%.
Alpiq did not reveal the reasons for the moves.
Alpiq's new wind farms are Lercara Friddi park with 42 turbines and a capacity of 84 MW and Cattolica Eraclea with 20 turbines and a capacity of 40 MW.
