Supervisors to abandon Abwicklungsgesellschaft Biogas I AG in Nov

(ADPnews) - Oct 18, 2010 - German biogas plant maker Abwicklungsgesellschaft Biogas I AG (ETR:SB1), formerly known as Schmack Biogas AG, said on Friday that three members of the supervisory board, including its chairman, Walter Gnauert, will resign on November 15, 2010.

The other two departing supervisors are Michael Fehn and Fernand Kaufmann.

The firm's subsidiary Schmack Biogas GmbH is now owned by the Viesmann Group of Companies, a German heating and renewable energy systems maker.
