Russia will hold a tender for wind power projects in November, Russian Association of Wind Power Industry said on its website.
Citing tender documentation published on the Trade System Administrator of Non-Profit Market Council in August, the association noted that applications for projects could be submitted in two stages in 2015.
The first phase will call for applications from October 27 till November 2, 2015, and the second phase will run from November 3 till November 10, 2015.
During the second phase of the tender, participants will have the opportunity to correct the level of capital expenditures downward on the already submitted applications.
Applicants may submit projects for entry capacity and CAPEX limits by year as specified in the table below.

An important condition for participating project is the local content requirement on preparatory, design and construction works which will rise from 25% in 2016, to 40% in 2017, 55% in 2018, and 65% in 2019.
Winning projects will be awarded 15-year power purchase contracts with a profit of 11 to 14% depending on the project conditions.
