Renewable Energy Group kicks off biodiesel sales at Ohio terminal
Aug 3, 2012 - US biofuels producer Renewable Energy Group Inc (NASDAQ:REGI), or REG, has started selling biodiesel from its new terminal in Lebanon, outside Cincinnati, in the US state of Ohio.
The company said Thursday that it was offering biodiesel via truckload from the terminal. Trupointe Cooperative Inc, a network fuel supplier of Bloomington, Illinois-based regional agricultural cooperative Growmark, has recently picked up the first truckload from the facility.
Earlier this week, REG announced the availability of biodiesel from its terminal in Clovis in the state of New Mexico. At both sites, the company is selling its REG-9000 biodiesel, made from natural oils, fats and greases.
