Weekly renewables M&A round-up (May 16-20)
May 20, 2022 17:01 CESTOctober 15 (Renewables Now) - US speciality contracting services provider Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ:PRIM) announced on Thursday that its energy and renewables division has secured seven heavy civil awards with a combined value of more than USD 115 million (EUR 99.2m).
The company did not provide information on every contract, only mentioning that the projects are located across the Southwest US. The first award start date is this quarter, while the last ones are in the back half of 2023 and mid-year 2024.
“These projects are just another example of how, from critical infrastructure to renewable energy, we are delivering projects that are essential to America’s future,” commented Tom McCormick, president and CEO of Primoris.
