The assets include the 10-MW Leki Dukielskie wind farm and the 18-MW Bukowsko wind power plant, which are both operational. The deal also involves the 26-MW Rymanow project, construction of which is to be completed in 2013. The sale of the facility will be finalised when the power plant is ready and connected to the grid.
Martifer said that the disposal is in line with the asset rotation policy implemented by its renewable energy unit.
