PNE Wind plans wind parks of up to 200 MW in Scotland
Oct 9, 2013 - German wind park developer PNE Wind AG (ETR:PNE3) said today it plans to build wind parks with a total capacity of between 100 MW and 200 MW in Scotland in close cooperation with Forestry Commission Scotland (FCS).
Under an agreement between PNE Wind and FCS from January, the wind parks will be situated in the Bachan Burn areas in the Cowal and Trossachs Forest Districts as well as Little Rig and Elrick in the Tay Forest District.
PNE Wind COO Markus Lesser is confident that the project will soon receive regulatory approval.
