Aug 8, 2011 - Spanish solar systems maker Pevafersa filed for insolvency, Spanish official gazette said today.
According to the information, Pevafersa filed the bankruptcy proceedings in July. The company's liabilities stand at EUR 122.5 million (USD 175.2m), while the assets are only EUR 115 million.
Pevafersa closed 2010 with a loss of EUR 23.8 million.
