Ocean Winds, the 50/50 joint venture between EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) and Engie SA (EPA:ENGI), has agreed to sell a 20.25% minority interest in the 500-MW Iles d’Yeu and Noirmoutier offshore wind project in French waters to Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI).
