Eni moves Dogger Bank stake to offshore wind JV with HitecVision
Jun 30, 2022 16:51 CESTFebruary 19 (Renewables Now) - Estonian construction company Merko Ehitus AS (TAL:MRK1T) announced today that its unit in Lithuania has won a contract to perform the balance of plant (BOP) construction works for a local wind farm.
The value of the contract for the subsidiary, namely UAB Merko Statyba, amounts to EUR 4 million (USD 4.85m), plus value added tax. The counterparty is UAB Anyksciu Vejas.
The wind park in question will be built in Anyksciai district in northeastern Lithuania. No further details were provided about the project, except that it is expected to be completed in September 2021.
