KR Energy appoints Gaetano Tedeschi chairman, CEO

(ADPnews) – Oct 27, 2010 – The board of directors of Italy's renewable energy company KR Energy (BIT:KRE) elected on Tuesday Gaetano Tedeschi chairman and chief executive officer (CEO).
Nicolo Von Wunster was also named CEO with ordinary management powers, and Camillo Bisoglio – deputy chairman.
The other board members include Francesco Saverio Canepa and Stefano De Luca as non-executive directors, and Nicolo Dubini, Mario Inviani, Gilberto Gabrielli and Marco Moccia as independent directors.
