Japanese renewables developer Shizen Energy Inc announced on Monday that subsidiary juwi Shizen Energy Operation Inc (jSEO) has appointed Tetsushi Hanayoshi as its new Representative Director.
Hanayoshi, one of jSEO’s directors, has taken the new job on November 1, 2021, replacing Amane Sasaki. Sasaki will now act as Shizen Energy Inc’s General Manager of the Energy Design Department.
Jan Warzecha will remain as the other Representative Director of jSEO, leading the management of the company alongside Hanayoshi, Shizen Energy pointed out in the press release.
“It is essential to continue stabilizing the operations of each power plant if we are to further increase the renewable power generation capacity in Japan. jSEO will develop into an organization that handles more operations of these power plants and helps to accelerate the spread of renewable energy throughout Japan,” commented Hanayoshi.
Since its launch in 2013, jSEO has provided operation and maintenance (O&M) services to more than 100 solar power plants and wind farms throughout Japan. While focused on expanding its business and bolstering its sales capabilities, jSEO has reached 500 MW in cumulative total contracts in August 2021.
