(ADPnews) – Apr 4, 2011 – Italgen, the energy producing and distributing unit of cement maker Italcementi (BIT:IT), has reached an agreement to sell the licence for the 142.5-MW wind farm Italgen Elektrik Uretim in Balikesir, Turkey, to Enerjisa, a joint venture of Turkey's Sabanci Holding (IST:SAHOL) and Austrian electricity company Verbund (WBAG:VER), the companies said a statement.
