Metsähallitus, which controls the state-owned sea areas within Finnish territorial waters, is currently focused on advancing the maturity of its offshore wind projects, Annina Hästö, Head of Offshore Wind at the state enterprise, said in an interview with Renewables Now. Tenders for the Edith and Ebba projects will be relaunched at a later stage, she added, with timing linked to market conditions and other planned offshore wind auctions in Finland.
