Intelligent Energy appoints managing director of motive division

Nov 22, 2011 - UK clean energy system and fuel cell developer Intelligent Energy said today it had named James Batchelor managing director of its motive division.

In his new role, Batchelor will seek to grow the company's motive operations around the globe.

Prior to Intelligent Energy, Batchelor was in charge of the commercialisation of Torotrak plc's (LON:TRK) transmission systems on several global markets. Before that, he has held senior engineering, commercial and business development positions at companies such as Land Rover, BMW AG (ETR:BMW) and Trafficmaster plc.
