June 10 (SeeNews) – Spanish electric-vehicle (EV) smart-charging start-up Wall Box Chargers SL, backed by utility Iberdrola (BME:IBE), is heading to the US public markets through a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp II (NYSE:KCAC.UN), in a deal that will see the combined entity valued at USD 1.5 billion (EUR 1.23bn).
