Huadian Power wraps up 200 MW of wind farms in China
Nov 13, 2012 - Chinese firm Huadian Power International Corp (HKG:1071) today said it had put on stream four wind power projects in China, each with a capacity of 49.5 MW.
The company, which operates thermal and renewable power plants, said it had recently finished construction works and powered up its Huanghualiang and Zhenjiawan wind power facilities in Hebei province, eastern China. The projects were developed by the company's subsidiary Hebei Huadian Yuzhou Wind Power.
In addition, Huadian Power switched on the second phase the Yueliangshan wind farm in China's southern province of Guangxi and the fourth phase of Ningdong wind power plant in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.
At present, Huadian Power has total controlled installed power generation capacity of 31,728 MW.
