GreenHunter gets noncompliance notice from NYSE AMEX
Nov 24, 2011 - US diversified clean energy firm GreenHunter Energy (AMEX:GRH) said Wednesday it had received notice from the NYSE AMEX exchange that it no longer met the bourse's listing criteria, as a result of substantial losses.
According to the exchange it is questionable whether the company will be able to continue operations and meet its obligations under NYSE AMEX's Company Guide. GreenHunter has until December 20 to present a plan demonstrating its ability to regain compliance with the requirements. If the exchange does not accept the plan, it is to initiate delisting procedure.
GreenHunter noted that it had not received a "Going Concern Qualification" from its independent auditors.
