March 23 (Renewables Now) - Greencoat UK Wind Plc (LON:UKW), a renewable infrastructure fund managed by Greencoat Capital LLP, will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on April 30, but will change the location.

The decision is aligned with the UK government’s advice to avoid public gatherings and keep travel and physical contact to a minimum to avoid spreading COVID-19.

The AGM was supposed to take place at the offices of Greencoat Capital in London, according to an earlier notice to shareholders. The wind farm investor said Friday it will provide specific details on the venue change in due course.

As stated in Greencoat’s Friday bourse filing, the AGM will only deal with the formal business set out in the notice of meeting. Shareholders have been encouraged to vote by completing a proxy form, which has to be submitted by April 28 at the latest.
