Spanish renewables developer Greenalia said on Wednesday that it submitted its proposal for a 15-MW wind power project in north-western Spain for public consultation.

The Lamas II project, sited in the region of Galicia, will involve an investment of around EUR 11.5 million (USD 11.9m).

Greenalia said that the wind farm will be equipped with three turbines of 5 MW each with a hub height of 127.5 metres and 145 metres in rotor diameter.

Once in operation, Lamas II will be capable of generating around 47,334 MWh per year, the company added.
