Skyborn Renewables, a Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) portfolio company, has acquired 50% stakes in the 132-MW South Fork Wind and 704-MW Revolution Wind offshore projects in the US, taking utility Eversource Energy’s (<a href="https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/es/real-time" target="_blank">NYSE:ES</a>) place as Ørsted A/S’ (<a href="https://www.nasdaqomxnordic.com/aktier/microsite?Instrument=CSE122544&name=%C3%98rsted&ISIN=DK0060094928" target="_blank">CPH:ORSTED</a>) partner in the portfolio.
