Jul 9, 2014 - Italy's Fri-El Biogas Holding has issued a seven-year EUR 12 million (USD 16.3m) bond with a 4.9% coupon.
Anthilia, Banca Popolare di Milano (BIT:PMI), Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna (BIT:BPE), Advam Partners, Pensplan's fund Euregio Minibond and savings bank Sparkasse - Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano will buy the bond.
Bolzano-based Fri-El Biogas Holding will use the proceeds to build a plant for organic fraction of municipal solid waste (OF-MSW).
Fri-El Biogas Holding is part of the Fri-El Green Power group which manages 21 wind parks, 21 biogas plants and two biomass plants with a total installed capacity of 596 MW.
Fri-El Green Power booked revenues of EUR 154 million and a net profit soaring 50% to EUR 30 million in 2013.
