March 15 (SeeNews) – The European Commission (EC) has given the green light to a new electric vehicles (EV) technology joint venture, to be formed by Italy-based Engie EPS (EPA:EPS), the energy storage division of French utility Engie (EPA:ENGI), and Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler, part of newly-formed Amsterdam-based conglomerate Stellantis NV (EPA:STLA).
