(SeeNews) - Nov 1, 2013 - Italian energy group ERG SpA (BIT:ERG) on Thursday said it closed through its subsidiary ERG Renew the purchase of 100% in the company in charge of the operation and maintenance of ERG Wind's Italian wind farms for an enterprise value of EUR 10 million (USD 13.6m).<br /> The acquired company will change its name to ERG Renew Operations & Maintenance and its registered office will be located in Genoa, a statement read.<br /> Following the transaction, completed according to schedule, 136 employees, most of whom technicians specialised in the maintenance and operation of wind farms, will join the ERG group, the company said.<br /> DLA Piper has acted as legal advisor in this transaction.
