Project developer Eolus Vind AB (STO:EOLU-B) is to sell three wind farms with a combined capacity of 68 MW in southern Sweden to Germany's Commerz Real AG.
Commerz Real, part of German banking group Commerzbank AG (ETR:CBK), will pay a preliminary purchase price of EUR 82.5 million (USD 96.5m) for the wind assets.
The deal includes all the shares in the companies that hold the project rights for the 24-MW Boarp wind farm in Vaggeryd municipality, the 26-MW Dallebo wind park in Ulricehamn municipality and the 18-MW Rosenskog wind park in Falkoping municipality.
The wind parks will be constructed by Eolus and delivered to Commerz Real towards the end of 2023. The German company will initially fund the construction with an all equity investment. Eolus will also provide technical, operational and administrative services for the assets.
